Corporate Actions Taxonomy 2012

Description:

The Corporate Actions taxonomy provides a standardized format for the communication of corporate actions messages, and is intended for use by issuers globally. This release of the taxonomy is primarily configured with templates for the United States market, but it includes a large number of tags that are applicable to other jurisdictions. Future releases of the taxonomy are expected to expand the scope to cover all major jurisdictions, equity types and interational events. The taxonomy includes all ISO 20022 defined events, and a number of additional events that are specific to the US.
